Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Urban Turf Arena (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission. By booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

3. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.
• Booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
• You must arrive at the venue at the start of your slot. Late arrival does not extend your slot.
• You must abide by the venue's rules including dress code, equipment, behaviour and safety guidelines.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Razorpay. Urban Turf Arena does not store your card or UPI credentials. By booking, you authorise the charge to your chosen payment method.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Misuse another user's account or attempt to access their data
• Disrupt the Service through bots, scraping, or denial-of-service attacks
• Make fraudulent bookings or chargebacks
• Behave in a manner that endangers other players, staff, or property

7. Venue Liability

Each venue is independently operated. Urban Turf Arena facilitates bookings but is not responsible for the condition of the venue, equipment, or any injury / loss suffered during play. Players play at their own risk.

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Intellectual Property

The Urban Turf Arena name, logo, and platform code are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Urban Turf Arena's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
