Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to play. If your plans change, this policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancellation Window

  • 24 hours or more before slot start — full refund (100%)
  • 2–24 hours before slot start — 50% refund or full credit to your Urban Turf Arena wallet
  • Less than 2 hours before slot start — no refund (slot is reserved and the venue has prepared)
  • No-show — no refund

How to Cancel

Open your booking under My Bookings and tap Cancel. The refund is processed automatically based on the timing rules above.

Refund Method

  • Razorpay payments (UPI / card / netbanking) are refunded to the original payment source. Banks typically take 5–7 business days.
  • Wallet payments are credited back to your Urban Turf Arena wallet instantly.
  • Pass-based bookings restore credits to your active pass.

Failed or Stuck Payments

If your payment was deducted but the booking was not confirmed, the amount is refunded automatically by Razorpay within 5–7 business days. If you do not receive it, please contact us with your transaction ID.

Venue-Initiated Cancellations

If a venue cancels your slot (weather, maintenance, equipment failure), you receive a full refund regardless of timing, plus a goodwill credit to your wallet.

Disputes

For disputes, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks raised without prior contact may result in account suspension.
